Section 56
Management of Insurers
(1) The insurer shall appoint necessary personnel for conducting the insurance business.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), a person who has a financial interest in an insurer shall not be appointed as an employee.
(3) While conducting insurance business, the insurer shall not adversely affect the interest of the insured: shall spend on management work.
(4) The limit of management expenses and other provisions as per sub-section (3) shall be as determined by the Authority.
